We collaborate with a team of BIPOC and White facilitators based on your particular focus. We’re also experienced with hosting Racial Affinity Spaces to debrief specific events and for additional accountability.

We do this through classroom observations and walkthroughs, instructional coaching, teacher and instructional leadership team professional development, school wide improvement and operational planning, and personalized coaching.
